“I had a previously installed heat pump (by another company that did a poor service) that stopped heating or cooling. Jenna was fantastic on the phone arranging a time for them to come out to the eastern shore. Joe and his co-worker were onsite earlier than predicted, very efficient and professional. I'm up and running and happy to be warm. Will definitely recommend.”

“Coming home after vacation to find your water tank gave up is no picnic. However, Joe's Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue and replaced it quickly, professionally and made sure there wasn't any extra mess to clean up. They were very friendly, communication was great from the first call until they pulled away. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent service from the first call to completion of install. Joe was able to squeeze me in for a failed water heater replacement on the same day I called. He explained several different options and gave me a reasonable price. He completed the install and left no mess behind. Very professional and I would recommend giving them a call.”
